Tournament Description
The Pagosa Pickleball Club is hosting PICKLE IN PAGOSA. Come enjoy the beauty of Pagosa Springs and our famous hot springs while playing pickleball on our magnificent outdoor courts.
A round robin format will ensure plenty of play. Brackets will include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 levels for all divisions plus a 2.5 group in women's. Brackets may be combined dependent upon registration numbers. Lunch will be provided for players, and we will have an optional Saturday dinner, a silent auction, player swag bags, and more.

Tournament Fees:
$45 for one event
$60 for two events

Free parking.
Registration opens on May 15 at 8 a.m.
Registration closes on September 6 at 9 p.m.
Pagosa Pickleball Club members receive a $5 discount (discount code can be found in the members-only section of the website)
Additional Information
Players will self-rate and teams must play at the skill level of the HIGHEST rated player using their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR) if available.
Bracket Formats
1-3 teams - Combined with another bracket(s)
4-7 teams - Round Robin 11 by 1
8+ teams - Will be split into 2 pools. Each pool will play a to 11 by 1 with the top two in each pool advancing to the playoffs.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the event format as needed based on registrations. Events may be split or merged as needed based on registration numbers.
Bracket slots will be filled with the first teams to have BOTH players registered and paid. Listed partners of players who have registered will have 5 days to register to hold their slot. Once the bracket is full, incomplete teams, teams not fully paid, and additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted individuals/teams will be notified in the order in which they registered as space becomes available.
Participants are required to be at least 12 years-old by December 31, 2024.
Lunch will be provided at the court for players.
A social event on Saturday evening will include dinner. The dinner will be a location just a few blocks from the courts. Dinner will be an additional $20.
Silent auction with some amazing items. Each player will receive a gift bag.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be available up to 2 weeks before the tournament registration closing. All refunds will be charged a $15 processing fee.
This is an outdoor tournament. There will be no refunds for weather or other events beyond the control of the Tournament Director (ie "acts of God")
No refunds or credits will be given for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE
