Welcome to the 2024 Wheeling Holiday Pickleball Classic! A fundraiser for WVU Medicine Children's Northern Region Outpatient Center.

Please join us the weekend of December 28th and 29th at the Highlands Sports Complex in Triadelphia, WV. We will have 12 indoor, conditioned, hardwood courts. It's for the Kids!!!

Format: Round Robin Pool Play with a top 4 Bracket Playoff!

12 Teams MAX per Division

- Men's / Women's / Mixed

- 19+: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0

- 50+: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0

- Open: Men's 4.5+ & Women's 4.5+

Match Play:

- Games will be played to 11 or 15 based on participation.

- Ball: Onix Indoor Fuse Orange

- Pool rankings are determined by: 1. Record 2. Head-to-head 3. Point Differential

- Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each division.

Registration Notes:

- Registration $ covers ONE event, a free t-shirt and lunch. Additional events will cost $15.

- There is a $5 service fee added on at checkout!

- Teams are required to register and pay as individuals!!

- All players must show valid ID at check-in.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to merge brackets when there is an insufficient number of players within a bracket to make for meaningful play. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to issue player warnings and ejections for unsportsmanlike conduct.

LIVE STREAM: Center court will be live streamed! There will be player and sponsor interviews throughout the day as well.

All refunds prior to the registration window closing will incur a $15 processing fee. The Pickleballbrackets service fees are non-refundable.

There will be NO refunds for withdrawals after registration closes on December 16th!
