Players that their partners have not registered yet have been moved to the waitlist. We will move players off the waitlist as we evaluate each day and availability.

Players needing partners and players who have not completed registration (haven’t paid yet) have 0 days to complete registration or secure a partner before they will be moved to the waitlist.

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-5.0+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 35, 35-49, 50-59, & 60+ events.

Players will self rate and can not play lower than their Pickleball Brackets rating (PBR) or USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Indoor play on up to 16 temporary courts on a tennis surface

Thursday - Senior (50+/60+) Men's Doubles / Women's Singles

Friday - Senior (50+/60+) Women's Doubles / Men's Singles (Full, At Capacity - Waitlist Available)

Saturday - Men's & Women's Doubles (under 50 events) (Full, At Capacity - Waitlist Available)

Sunday - Mixed Doubles (Almost full - Waitlist Available, Will move teams off waitlist daily till we reach capacity)

Early Registration $60 + $15/event through Aug 31

Standard Registration $65 + $15/event Sept 1 - Nov 30

Late Registration $75 + $15/event beginning Dec 1

$15 per event fee. Payment is required to register - Prices will increase as we approach the event.

Bracket Formats

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund
