Welcome to the Mililani Pickleball round robin tournament.

MTAs Recreation Center 3 is the tournament venue and Mililani residents will have the opportunity to pre-register. Guests may participate if space is available, but need to be sponsored and escorted by a Mililani resident during the tournament. Guest pay a $6 guest charge at the Rec 3s reception office each day they enter the venue. The surcharge is not included in the tournament’s registration fee.

There are 8 dedicated and 4 temporary pickleball courts at the venue. Franklin X-40 is the tournament ball. Players without a partner as of May 1, 2023, will be placed on the waitlist

Entry of your team is not complete until BOTH team members create their online registrations, sign waivers, and pay their fees.



This is an outdoor, unsanctioned, 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 skills-based Round Robin tournament with playoff, with age divisions 15-54 and 55+. 8 is Maximum number teams in each event. Teams registering after the event’s 8 maximum will be placed on the wait list.

Age divisions and skill levels may be merged, and additional age level(s) added based on entries and court availability.

Each team in pool play, plays one game to 11 win by 2 against the other teams in the pool.

Tie breaker hierarchy to determine the top two teams in each pool:

Round Robin/Pool Play will be used for all Events.

All matches will be 1 game to 11 points, win by 2, including playoff matches.

Events of 8 teams will be divided into two pools, with the top two teams in each pool advancing to the medal playoffs. The top team from Pool 1 will play the second-place team from Pool 2 and the top team from Pool 2 will play the second-place team from Pool 1. The winning teams will play each other for GOLD/SILVER. Losing teams will play each other for BRONZE.

Events with 7, 6, or 5 teams or less will be Round Robin format, each team plays every other team. USAP rules for determing placement will be used. (i.e. : match wins, head to head match ups, point differential)

Brackets with fewer than 4 teams will be combined with another bracket as follows:

Skill/Age Divisions - 2.5, 3.0, 3.5

Age/Skill Divisions - 15-54 and 55+.

Tournament Directors reserve the right to adjust brackets as needed based on participation and reserve the right to refuse entry to the tournament for any reason.

Weather Event Policy

In the event of weather, the tournament team will make every effort to complete all matches. However, it is an outdoor tournament, and adjustments and/or cancellations are possible. There is no provision to play indoors or have a makeup day beyond the current tournament schedule.

Refunds will have a $10 fee before the end of registration.

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund.
