All registrations received after June 10 are NOT guaranteed to receive a tournament T-Shirt. Supply Chain issues necessitate an earlier than normal shirt order.

Paddles that are NOT listed on the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List will not be permitted to be used for play in the tournament.

The tournament will be played at the Linville Land Harbor pickleball courts located at 120 Overlook Rd, Newland, NC 28657. The tournament will be double elimination unless the number of participants for your event dictate a round robin format. Skill levels may be combined at the discretion of the tournament director based on number of participants. We want to make this an enjoyable time for you.

Food and Drink will be available for purchase during lunch hours each day of the tournament.

Cancellations for the Linville Land Harbor PickleBall Tournament will be accepted through midnight July 5, 2023. A refund will be returned to you within two weeks of receiving the cancellation notice via email at Pickleball@LinvilleLandHarbor.com. This time period will allow for us to process the refund.

This is an outdoor tournament with no options to move indoors due to inclement weather. All efforts will be made to complete the tournament if interrupted by inclement weather, but depending upon severity and duration, events that have not been started may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refund of tournament fees.
