ClevelandPickleball.com welcome's you to the inaugural Cleveland Pickleball Classic tournament at Bleser Park in Avon Lake, OH on July 10th, 2021!

This is a recreational tournament designed for all types of Pickleball playing enthusiasts. We will have two (2) general experience level divisions for Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles events.

The registration fee for this tournament is $40 and includes one event (Mixed, Women's, or Men's Doubles). Additional events are $10 each.

All entries receive a FREE T-Shirt.

This will be a Round Robin tournament with a guaranteed four (4) game configuration. Games will be played to eleven (11) win by two (2). A playoff round will follow the Round Robin and prizes will be awarded to the top two (2) finishers in all divisions.

Necessary changes to brackets and formats will be at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

Rain Date will be the following day - Sunday, July 11th.

Skill Levels:

Intermediate Level (3.0 and Below) - have played before, understand the rules and some proficient racquet sport ability. Also a love to compete for fun.

Advanced (3.5 and Above) - well, you know who you are!

There will be food, music, yard games and concessions that you can enjoy throughout the tournament. We encourage folks to bring their own water bottles and wear sneakers (preferably court shoes).

For a guaranteed spot in the tournament, the second partner will have three days to register after the first partner signs up. If the second partner does not register within that time limit or you register and select "Need a Partner", you will be moved to the waiting list. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are still openings available.

Cancellation deadline is by 11:59pm on July 3rd, 2021. No refunds for any reason after that date. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full. No refunds if you withdraw or fail to secure a partner.

If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or directives from government authorities, we will credit your registration fees minus any processing fees we incur.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of the tournament, we will credit your registration fees minus any processing fees we incur.

If an event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds or credits. We will make every effort to complete this event that has been started. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.
