IF AN OPENING OCCURS IN ANY EVENT, IT WILL BE FILLED FROM THE WAITING LIST
FOR TEAM EVENTS, BOTH PLAYERS MUST BE SIGNED UP ON THE WAITING LIST TO FILL AN OPEN SPOT
THERE IS NO FEE FOR WAITING LIST SIGN UP
REGISTERED PLAYERS WITHOUT PARTNERS SHOULD CONTACT THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR IF THEY FIND A PARTNER
THE DAY WILL BEGIN AT 8:00 EACH DAY
EVENT START TIMES WILL BE POSTED AND EMAILED TO PLAYERS ON JUNE 4TH
THE FINAL DAY FOR TEAM AND PLAYER CHANGES IS JUNE 2ND

Age groups are 40-49 and 5 year divisions from age 50 up. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2019.
Skill levels are 2.0 to 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player.
USAPA members with a UPTR rating, must register for that level or higher. If they do not have a UPTR rating, they may use their legacy rating.
Players who are not USAPA members may self rate. Please seek the advice of an experienced fellow player when self rating.
The tournament directors reserve the right to move players and teams to appropriate skill levels.

Women's Doubles and Men's Singles will be held on Tuesday, June 11th
Mixed Doubles will be held on Wednesday, June 12th
Men's Doubles and Women's Singles will be held on Thursday, June 13th
The tournament format is round robin for events with a small number of teams.
Three team events will play a triple round robin.
Four team events will play a double round robin.
Five to Nine team events will play a single round robin.
For events with more than 9 teams, there will be two or more seeded pools and the top two teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.
When age/skill groups are combined to create a playing bracket, medals will be awarded by the ORIGINAL age/skill group.
Tournament results will be sent to the USAPA for inclusion in USAPA Tournament Player Ratings*
