Tournament Description
This one-day tournament benefits Bridge a Life (BaL). BaL provides impactful support for Foster & Adoptive Families, believing that every child deserves a family and every family deserves support. BaL’s vision is that children with relational trauma are loved in fully-equipped families, bringing about healing and generational change.
What's better than pickleball? How about pickleball that supports families in the Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto communities!
This one-day tournament is hosted at the UMR Sports Complex:
🏅 Saturday, November 30, 2024 – Mixed Doubles Events
The first event will kick-off at 8am. Time slots for each mixed double event will be sent out once registration is closed. A medal ceremony and prize drawings will be held after each skill level event. The final event will conclude by late afternoon.
🎉Every participant receives a Commemorative T-shirt, and a raffle ticket for amazing prize opportunities. There will be complementary water, snacks, corn hole, and music. A food truck will also be available on site for additional purchases. The top three teams for each event will receive medals. Medals ceremony and prize drawing will be held after each event. $60 to register plus a $5 processing fee at check-out. Each player on the team will need to sign up and register from their own individual Pickleball Brackets account.
Additional Information
* If you have a partner that you would like to play with, then choose that you have a partner during the event selection (they need to have a Pickleball Brackets account to select them).
* If you are a single player then register and select that you need a partner so that other players can reach out to you.
Refund Policy
No refunds. Your entry fee (minus the service fee) will be considered a donation to Bridge a Life.
Weather
This is an outdoor tournament. We will make every effort to play the events, as scheduled. If weather is a safety issue, we will contact all players of bracket cancellations.
If tournament can’t be played, entry fees will be donated to Bridge a Life.
