Westwood is following standard Covid-19 protocol. Social distancing and masks are required

while not on the court. One spectator per registrant.

If you are playing in multiple events there is no refund for withdrawing from a single event. Only for players who withdraw from the entire tournament.

No refunds for not securing a partner.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until registration is closed either due to reaching tournament capacity or the registration deadline date of November 3, 2020, whichever comes first.

Refunds approved after an early registration close and will be issued after the conclusion of the tournament.
