FORMAT: Double elimination (Round Robin will be used if less than 6 teams)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION OPENS: October 1, 2025 @ 9:00 am, (Mountain Standard Time)

REGISTRATION CLOSES: Nov 19, 2025 @ 6:00 pm -- registration closes

CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Nov 19, 2025 to receive refund, less $15 administration fee.

Minimum age of any player shall be 50

Player age is determined as of 12/31/2025

Monday, Dec 1, 2025 -- Men's Doubles

Tuesday, Dec 2, 2025 -- Mixed Doubles

Wednesday, Dec 3, 2025 -- Women's Doubles

(Dec 4 and 5, rain days)

Tournament Director reserves the right to divide and/or combine brackets, or change the format based on registration.

This is a 50+ USAPA Sanctioned Tournament. You MUST have a current USAPA Championship level membership (not a Challenger level) valid through December 7, 2025 to register.

**PLEASE NOTE** Player ratings for events will be based on your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR profile, we will use your profile on tournaments.com (pickleball brackets). Players are encouraged to set up or "claim" their DUPR account prior to registering, and link your DUPR ID to your Pickleball Brackets account. You can register up 0.5 from current level. For example, 3.0 can play up to 3.5. You can register down in age events.

Each registrant will receive a complimentary lunch ticket which can be used on any of the 3 days.

A registration is not considered confirmed until both partners are completely registered and fees are paid.

An event will be considered filled when paid/completed registrations for that event reach established maximums.

Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to event scheduled time. ***PLEASE BRING PHOTO ID AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THIS AT REGISTRATION***

Event schedule will be sent out 5 days prior to tournament start date. Please be aware brackets may be started up to 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. In case of emergency, please contact Tournament Director at (780) 996-7078.

REGISTRATION FEE

$50 plus $10 per event

Pickleball brackets does have a surcharge of $5/event which will show on your receipt.

Online registration only, and payments made through Stripe (includes credit card payments)

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format to a round robin if there are less than 6 teams registered in any age/skill bracket. There will be medal match playoffs in round robins.

The tournament director reserves the right to combine age brackets and/or skill levels if any event has less than 3 teams.

The new UTR-P ratings from USAP will not be used as this is not available with Pickleball Brackets. Match results will be submitted to USAP, who will then submit them to UTR so they can be added to your UTR-P ratings.

REFUNDS

--player who withdraws by Nov 19, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $15 cancellation fee

--player who withdraws after Nov 19, 2025, will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a refund

WAITLIST

Please do not pay registration fee if in no other event and on waitlist

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Every effort will be made to complete all games and events. There will be NO REFUNDS for events that are modified, rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control.
