The Star Valley Ranch RV Resort is proud to announce the 11th Annual Star Valley Round Robin pickleball tournament to be held at Star Valley Ranch RV Resort between June 23rd-25th, 2025. Our tournament will be a NON-SANCTIONED tournament due largely to the changes with USAPA, DUPR, UTP, and Pickleball Brackets/Tournaments. All USAPA guidelines will be adhered to including, but not limited to, current rules & regulations and equipment standards. Our referees only allow USA Pickleball certified paddles during tournament play.

USAPA membership NOT required. This all round robin, skill/age event broken into 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ skill levels broke down into 4 age brackets starting at 18 to 70 and above. Where necessary, events will be combined; skill level will be combined before age level. The format will be round robins divided into pools when necessary.

This year’s tournament will require all players to have a DUPR account. For more information on creating a DUPR account, please visit DUPR.com. All players’ results from our last tournament were submitted to then existing DUPR accounts.

Brackets are limited to not more than 9 teams per skill/age event or when the tournament director deems the courts are at capacity for the day. Additional teams will be put on the wait list and admitted if space permits.

This tournament will be run by IFP rules with matches refereed wherever possible.

This will be an outdoor tournament and subject to weather. In the event of poor weather every effort will be made to complete events, if an event cannot run you will receive a 50% refund. Please see more information below in the Refund Policy segment.

Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. As standard, a player may play up in skill set and down in age. A player may not play down in skill set or up in age.

You have six (6) hours for your partner to sign up before being moved to the waitlist. Order on the waitlist is determined by the first player of the team's registration time. Therefore, entry of the team is not complete until BOTH team members create their online registrations & pay their fees. You will automatically be moved back into the event once your partner registers and pays, if there is still room in the event.

All fees and waivers must be submitted prior to the start of the tournament.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or split events, close events when courts are at capacity even if event is not full, and change format based on enrollment.

REFEREE BONUS: Referees will receive $20 per bracket and will be guaranteed a spot in the 2025 tournament if they sign up in advance and complete one full shift. You must have completed a referee training class and practiced at least 10 games to qualify. Sign Up Genius will be the resource used for signing up refs for each bracket of each days events.

Tournament ball will be the optic yellow Franklin X-40.

There is a PickleballTournaments.com service charge of $5 per event to a maximum of $10 in addition to the Star Valley PB Club registration and event fees.

PickleballTournaments.com service charges are non-refundable ($5 per event up to $10 max).

Every effort will be made to makeup any matches affected by weather. When possible, matches will be made up on the same day as scheduled. If necessary, all matches cancelled due to weather will be made up on the assigned rain day, June 26, 2025. However, if an event cannot be made up due to weather, players will receive a 50% refund.

NOTE: Pickleball Bracket fees and Stripe fees are non-refundable. Any player who withdraws before the deadline of June 10, 2025, will be charged a $10.00 withdrawal fee. There will be no refunds for any withdrawals after June 10th, 2025.

This is an outdoor tournament. No alternative location.
