Skill Levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

Monday, November 27th -- Men's Doubles

Tuesday, November 28th -- Mixed Doubles

Wednesday, November 29th -- Women's Doubles

( Nov 30 & Dec 1 rain days)

This is a 50+ USAPA Sanctioned Tournament. You MUST have a current USAPA membership valid through November 30, 2023 to register.

**PLEASE NOTE** Ratings for tournament are pulled from UTPR first as this is a USA Sanctioned Tournament. There is a 0.5 level up you can play. We do realize this may cause some issues, and if anyone would like to appeal their UTPR rating, please email ratingsadmin@usapickleball.org

Each registrant will receive a lunch ticket which can be used on any of the 3 days.

October 1 @ 9:00 am

Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to event scheduled time

Event schedule will be sent out 7 days prior to tournament start date

REGISTRATION FEE

$50 plus $5 per event

CANCELLATION DEADLINE

Nov 7, 2023

REFUNDS

--player who withdraws by Nov 7, 2023, will receive a full refund, less a $10 cancellation fee

--player who withdraws after Nov 7, 2023, will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a refund

Please do not pay registration fee if in no other event and on waitlist

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Every effort will be made to complete all games and events. There will be NO REFUNDS for events that are modified, rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control.
