The Star Valley Ranch RV Resort is proud to announce the 10th Annual Star Valley Round Robin pickleball tournament to be held at Star Valley Ranch RV Resort between June 24th-26th, 2024.
This is a USAP sanctioned, all round robin, skill/age event broken into 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ skill levels broke down into 4 age brackets, 19-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above. Where necessary, events will be combined; skill level will be combined before age level. The format will be pool round robins followed by a medal round.
Brackets are limited to not more than 6-9 teams per skill/age event or when the tournament director deems the courts are at capacity for the day. Additional teams will be put on the wait list and admitted if space permits.
This tournament will be run by IFP rules with medal matches refereed wherever possible.
This will be an outdoor tournament and subject to weather. In the event of poor weather every effort will be made to complete events, if an event cannot run you will receive a 50% refund. Please see more information below in the Refund Policy segment.
Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. As standard, a player may play up in skill set and down in age. A player may not play down in skill set or up in age.
You have six (6) hours for your partner to sign up before being moved to the waitlist. Order on the waitlist is determined by the first player of the team's registration time. Therefore, entry of the team is not complete until BOTH team members create their online registrations & pay their fees. You will automatically be moved back into the event once your partner registers and pays, if there is still room in the event.
All fees and waivers must be submitted prior to the start of the tournament.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or split events, close events when courts are at capacity even if event is not full, and change format based on enrollment.
