Divisions with 7 or more teams will be Double Elimination.

Divisions with 4-6 teams will be Round Robin.

Divisions with fewer than 4 teams will be consolidated with a neighboring division.

Players under the age of 19 are allowed in the 19+ division

Cancellation Policy

October 1st, 2023 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for refunds minus a $10 withdrawal fee)

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE

In the event of rain or cancellation due to weather, players will be eligible for a partial refund. This will be at the discretion of the tournament director and will be communicated to all players post tournament once fees and expenses have been paid out. Players should expect a 60% refund.
