Days of Play will be as follows:

9/6 - Women's Doubles and Men's Singles

9/7 - Mixed Doubles

9/8 - Men's Doubles and Women's Singles

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – August 28, 2024

Event fees:

Registration cost will be $45

Each event will cost $10

Players/Teams are not considered Entered into an event until each player completes their registration and pays their tournament fees. If a player completes their registration and does not have a partner fully registered within 5 days, they will be moved to the waitlist.

Waitlists will be managed on a "can accommodate" basis.

FORMAT OF PLAY:

This tournament will use a Round Robin/Pool Play format for all events.

-Events with 3 teams or less will be combined. Events with 4-7 teams will play a Round Robin with Playoffs.

-Events with 8 or more teams will use a Pool Play with Playoffs format.

-All Round Robin and Pool Play matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2.

-Round Robin events will have the top 4 teams move forward to the Playoff round.

-Pool Play events will have the top 2 teams from each pool move forward to the Playoff Round.

-Playoff and Pre-Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2.

-All Medal matches will best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE - August 28, 2024

There will be $25 cancellation fee from any refunds issued for withdraws from the tournament. Staying in the tournament but withdrawing from just a division has no cancellation fee.
