Welcome to St. Albert Pickleball Clubs Pickle Party Tournament.

Tournament Dates: Aug 16-18, 2024

Registration Opens: May 1st, 2024 @ 6pm

Registration Closes: Aug 4 2024 @ 8pm

This is a Pickleball Canada SANCTIONED tournament that will use the current IFP rules.

Events will be double elimination with each match being best 2 out of 3 games to 11 on the “A” side of the draw. On the “B” side of the draw each match will consist of one game to 15. Both “A” and “B” side draws are “win by 2” and players are guaranteed three games. Small events (fewer than 5) will use Round Robin format as specified in IFP rules

A registration is considered complete when the team is complete, for doubles events both players must register with 5 days of the first player's registration, or the team will move to the waitlist.

Entry fee is $65 which includes one event. Second event will be an additional $15

The tournament director reserves the right to modify the events, schedule as needed pending weather and other outside influences beyond our control (ie. Covid restrictions).

***YOUR PLAYER PROFILE- should have "Receive in game text messages" checked to "YES" AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. FAILURE TO SHOW UP ON TIME FOR YOUR GAMES WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT**

We will be using pickleball desk for referee signup. Please use this to register as a referee

Refund Policy

Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until Aug 4, 2024 at 6pm, with a full refund less a $10 administration fee.

After Aug 4, 2024 at 6pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor event with no make-up date. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. If events are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the event may be finished or if winners may be determined.
