SEPTEMBER 28!

Kalamazoo Christian Booster Club is very excited to offer you their 2nd Pickleball tournament at the KCHS tennis facility on SEPTEMBER 28th.

There are 4 tennis courts available at Kalamazoo Christian and we can create up to 8 pickleball courts with temp nets. (potential overflow courts in the parking lot-if needed). This is a one-day event that is going to be low-key and is a fundraiser for the Kalamazoo Christian Booster Club. We will offer beginner brackets, intermediate, and advanced for any age or gender combined. So two females could be playing two males, or mixed teams, or any combination. When you sign up for a bracket: Intermediate means you're in it more for fun and wins/losses aren't quite as important to you, while Advanced means you want to win! Sign up for what suits you.

Start times: we intend to start a portion of brackets at 10:00 am and the other brackets at 1:00 pm, but you should also be prepared for a start time up until 2:00 depending on how many temp nets we can get. We will not know start times until 5-7 days before the event.

PAYMENT:

Select "Onsite Payment" we will check you in and collect money when you arrive. We accept Cash, Card, and PayPal.

SELECTING YOUR PARTNER:

*If your partner is registered with pickleballbrackets.com then search and select them.

*If your partner is NOT registered with pickleballbrackets.com the select "I NEED" and your partner will select you when they register.

Brackets: We reserve the right to adjust brackets as needed. For example, if a beginner competitive bracket ends up with 20 teams, we may split them into different age groups (ie. a 50+ category and 49 and below category).

Rules: You MUST know general rules to play in any beginner bracket (and we assume you know rules for intermediate+). Thank you!!

Registration: it is a PER PERSON registration. Please sign yourself up and your partner can sign themselves up. If your partner does not register within 3 days, you will be waitlisted. However, once the partner signs back up you will automatically be put back in the main event. This only becomes a problem once the event starts filling up

Pickleball Brackets has a $5.00 non refundable fee. However, full refunds (minus that $5.00 fee) will be given up until Sept 23 at 12:00pm. After that, no refunds will be given for any reason including weather.

In the event of wet weather, we will move the tournament INDOORS to the 12th Street campus. There will be 3 courts in the elementary gym and 3 courts in the Middle school gym. This will be communicated only if needed through your registered email on the Friday September 27th.
