*Refunds minus a $5 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through February 10, 2022.

*NO refunds after February 11 for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the afternoon prior to the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then the player can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.

*If the tournament is cancelled due to State of Michigan COVID restrictions, players will receive a refund.
