Fieldhouse Sportscenter & Ozarks Pickleball Club are proud to present: Hallowdink 2023 Pickleball Tournament & Costume Contest!

Costume Contest for each division: Men's, Women's, and Mixed. Costumes will be judged at the start time of each Bracket and announced at the end of each day!

12 Indoor Courts. ALL BRACKETS INDOOR. Gym Surface. Temporary Nets. Gamma Photo neon green ball.

All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN. Some will have additional playoff bracket depending on registration. 4 game minimum.

Cost is $35 for 1 or $55 for 2 events (plus the website service fee: $5 for 1 event or $10 for 2).

Includes event shirt if you register by October October 12th. Final registration deadline is October 22nd.

Events will be: Men's Doubles + Women's Doubles on Saturday; and Mixed Doubles on Sunday.

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill level. You may play DOWN in age and/or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred age/skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: 12+, 40+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 80+ (scramble)

Planned Skill Divisions:

2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)

3.0-3.49 (novice)

3.5-3.99 (intermediate)

4.0-4.49 (adv intermediate)

4.5+ (advanced)

Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill or age levels. Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers and at the discretion of the TD. Medals will be awarded based on standings in the merged event or the original event.

8:00am - 4:00pm - Mixed Doubles

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by October 12th, 2023 to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after October 12, 2023 are NOT guaranteed to receive a shirt!

Please note that there will be a registration "Service Fee" charged for each registration of $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events. This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.

Professional Senior Player and Hall of Fame member, Scott Moore will be in SGF and available for clinics:

Intermediate (3.0/3.5): 9am-12pm October 30th -or- 1-4pm October 31st

Advanced (4.0+): 1-4pm October 30th -or- 9am-12pm October 31st

Cost: $140

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Withdrawals made before the registration deadline of October 22, 2023 will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.

All brackets will be INDOORS.

Inclement Weather:

If an entire event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be given for that event only, not including registration fees or other event fees.
