Join us from November 1st to 3rd for Texas Pickle Hall’s inaugural "Ball for the Hall" pickleball tournament!

Every participant in the tournament will automatically receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of four exclusive memberships, including one coveted Founding Membership and three Aspiring Memberships. Additional raffle tickets will be awarded to medalists—3 extra entries for Gold, 2 for Silver, and 1 for Bronze. A Founding Membership will be raffled at the end of the tournament, and an Aspiring Membership will be raffled at the end of each day.

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0+

Age Brackets: 18+, 35+, 50+

Create Your Account - You will be prompted to create an account at Texas Pickle Hall. Please fill in the required details to proceed.

Choose Your Package - After setting up your account, select the package that best suits you: You can choose to participate in one, two, or three days (Singles, Doubles, Mixed).

Set the Tournament Date - Make sure to select the tournament dates you would like to compete.

Provide Additional Information - Before finalizing your purchase, please provide the following details:

Once you have completed these steps, you will be all set for the tournament. We look forward to seeing you compete and have fun!

Ball for the Hall will be using DUPR and Pickleball Brackets to rate players, set brackets and seed players based on DUPR/Pickleball Brackets for a more competitive, level-based event. We are asking players to complete these two important steps prior to November 1st:

• Create a DUPR account by going to https://dashboard.dupr.com/signup.

• To connect your DUPR account to Pickleball Brackets players will need to log into your PickleballBrackets.com account and complete the “Connect DUPR” process. Click here for a step-by-step guide to connect to DUPR.

For visibility purposes, DUPR will be providing an indicator next to players in the tournament who have not yet connected their Pickleball.com profile to DUPR. At the end of the Ball for the Hall, all players’ results will automatically be sent to DUPR accounts.

Registration ends Sunday October 27th - $80 for 1 event & $10 each additional event (ends at midnight)

After one partner registers, the other partner has to register.

Registration fee includes one event, $10 for each additional event AND includes a TPH Ball for the Hall T-Shirt.

Format will be established based on number of entries:

12 or more teams = Double Elimination

3-11 teams = Round Robin

Less than 3 team will be consolidated with neighbor

This is a NON-Sanctioned tournament.

Tournament Director reserves the right to make changes on event dates and times as needed. As well as move a team to a higher division based on previous tournaments.

All players, by registering/paying for this tournament agree to the following USA Pickleball/ Texas Pickle Hall waiver. If you do not agree with this wavier, do not register for this tournament.

Cancellation Policy

October 28, 2024 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for full refunds minus a $10 withdraw fee):

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE of October 28, 2024 at midnight, including inclement weather.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list after one week if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event. If inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs the tournament director will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement must be in the same skill group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact by 6pm the day before you are scheduled to play.
