Registration fee is $50 and includes one event. Additional event fee will be $5. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will also add an additional $5 per event (capping at 2 events=$10).

Saturday September 21st - Men's Doubles age 59 and Under

Saturday September 21st - Women's Doubles age 59 Under

Saturday September 21st - Coed Doubles Combined Ages

Sunday September 22nd - Mixed Doubles All Ages

Coed doubles is for 2.5 all ages, any grouping, mixed doubles, men’s doubles & women’s doubles and they will all play each other. Example a mixed doubles may be playing against a women’s doubles, a women’s doubles may be playing against a men’s doubles, etc.

Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately five days prior to the event.

Format is Round Robin.

Brackets of 3 teams: Double Round Robin. Each match will be one game to 15, win by 1.

Brackets of 4 teams: Double Round Robin. Each match will be one game to 11, win by 1.

Brackets of 5 teams: Each match will be one game to 15, win by 1.

Brackets of 6 or more teams: Each match will be one game to 11, win by 1.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the combined bracket. Brackets will be combined by age if possible to avoid combining skills.

Age groups will be added/removed as dictated by registration with the intent to keep brackets at a maximum of 8 teams, and a goal to provide at least 4 games for each team entered. Tournament directors reserve the right to change format as needed.

Skills levels include 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Age: 12-29, 30 +, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2024.

RATINGS

- For new players with no rating, the PickleballBrackets.com self rating will be used.

- PickleballBrackets.com ratings will be used.

-Players with a UTPR that is higher than their PickleballBrackets.com calculated tournament rating may be moved to the higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

ANY REGISTRATION AFTER SEPT 4TH WILL NOT RECEIVE A TEE SHIRT.

Cancellation deadline is September 4th; refunds after that date will be subject to tournament management review. The cancellation of a bracket due to lack of players and certain other circumstances will be considered refundable All cancellations could be subject to a $10 administration fee. ($50 maximum refund)

The tournament has a no refund policy due to weather. The event is being held on an outdoor venue. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather.

Please note we do have access to only 6 indoor courts that will be used for backup and will impact the times. We will do our best to use the outdoor courts first with a slight delay for weather before using the indoor courts.
